Mission Statement:
To develop a Multi-Use Complex providing recreational, educational, and health-related social and leisure activities to enhance the quality of life for all ages.
Objectives:
- Provide a facility that meets the needs of all age groups in Fulton and the surrounding communities
- Focus on the body, mind, and spirit by providing a recreation center and community center.
- Maintain quality equipment, programs, and support for Complex members.
Timeline:
December 10th - Finish the projection and plan for the bank.
December 14th - Set up appointments for each week for fund raising
December 18th - Press release that we have an agreement to purchase the building
December 19th - Start clean up of the building start to hunt down grants for heat and air
December 20th - Start to line up volunteers for clean up and design and repair list
December 31st - Raise additional $300,000 Cash and $300,000 Pledges
January 20th - Start to finalize all plans and finish up all cost estimates
January 25th - Raise $500,000 cash and $400,000 pledges
January 25th - Start lining up the Contractors and a person / persons to be in charge
February 10th - Secure total of $500,000 cash $550,000 pledges
February 12th - Line up equipment and flooring for inside the building.
February 15th - Order insulation lighting and wall material
February 26th - Reach $750,000 Cash / $750,000 pledge = $1.5 million total
March 15th - Reach $1million cash / 1million pledges = $2 million total
March 20th - Pay for Building and secure financing if needed for equipment.
April 5th - Reach $ 1.2 million cash / $1.1 Million pledge = $2.3 million total
April 12th - Finish all inside of the building original 50,000 sq ft.
April 26th - Reach $1.2 million cash / $1.3 million in pledges = $2.5 million total
Open the building May 1st.
May 5th - Finalize the plans for the new addition
June 15th - Finish the Goal $3.25 million
